Our Trip to Montauk

So one of the main tourist attractions in New York is Long Island.  And when you travel to Long Island you just have to go to Montauk.  It is the final and farthest point (often nicknamed "The End") on Long Island and on it stands a beautiful lighthouse.  Well my best friend from out West came to visit for a week and a half and one of her To-Do's was to go to Montauk!  So we did just that!  It was a bit of a cloudy day, but we lucked out and it didn't rain until after we were done sightseeing!  How lucky is that?  We had a great time, and although it was a really long drive it was so much fun!  Here are some of our pictures sightseeing along the way...

I have always wanted to take a picture of this small little house out in the middle of no where for the longest time!  My mom let us stop and photobomb the little house.  It was so cute!

After a lot of little towns and farms we reached Montauk!  There were TONS of mosquitos (EW!) and they attacked us like a feast.  We ran like crazy to the beach where they weren't so bad and we found this amazing sight...

I really hope this fisherman didn't mind getting photographed... :)  But he was so perfectly positioned!

My friend and I made a little sand creation too!

Personal favorite right here!

Montauk is such an amazing experience and so beautiful too!  If you ever find yourself in New York, put Montauk on your To-Do list!

Lots of Love~
